→ Quick tip on how to fuel the lighter with fluid
- Open the lid of the lighter and remove the inside unit by pulling out of the black engraved casing. (The casing should come off fairly easily, you may have to pull a bit harder the first time to get it out).
- At the bottom of the unit, you should see a felt pad with the words ‘Lift to fuel’. Lift the felt pad to reveal the packing material in the fuel chamber.
- Slowly saturate the packing material with lighter fluid and stop filling when the fluid reaches the top of the packing, or begins to change color.
Do not pull the material out of the lighter
Please do not overfill the lighter, if overfilled, the lighter may leak fuel.

Shipping can vary greatly depending on the shipping destination. The lead time usually takes 3-5 business days. Orders are shipped within 5 business days (Monday-Friday).
If you need a rush order, please add the "Next day production or Same day production options" to your cart and it will automatically rush your order to engraving in 1-2 business days. Otherwise we will use the processing time shown in the listing. It does not upgrade your shipping method.

Customs and import taxes

Change My Address
Please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are able to change the shipping address of an order before it has shipped - please note that once packages have shipped, no changes can be made.After ordering, you have 1-2 hours to make changes to your order until it is engraved or sent to production.

We are not responsible for items that are undeliverable or shipped to the wrong address provided by the buyer.
If undeliverable items are returned to us, we will re-ship them to the correct address. The buyer is responsible for all additional shipping charges.

If you contact us within 1 hour of purchase we can update/correct your personalization.

My Order Arrived Damaged/Incorrect
We're so sorry to hear your order didn't arrive in perfect condition!In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 1-3 days of delivery and provide me with photos of the damage. Once verified, I will send you a new shipment. Submissions after 1-3 business days are required to repurchase the item. Please contact me as soon as possible if your product arrives damaged.
