All orders are custom-made and engraved in the United States. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Production Before Shipping

Your item is made before it ships

Every order is custom-engraved before being shipped. Standard production time is 1-3 business days. Your tracking number will be sent once your item ships.

Rush production options

Need it faster? Select Same Day Production or Next Day Production at checkout. Same Day means your item is engraved within the same business day. Next Day means it's completed within one business day. Rush production speeds up engraving only - it does not change shipping speed.

Shipping Within the United States

Shipping methods

We ship all domestic orders via USPS from Manor, Texas. Available services at checkout:

  • USPS Ground Advantage - 2–5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail - 1-3 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail Express - 1-2 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Free shipping

Free shipping on all US orders over $150. Discount is applied automatically at checkout - no code needed.

Delivery time

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. Most US orders arrive within 4-8 business days from the date of purchase. Rush production can reduce this to 2–5 business days.

International Shipping

We ship to Canada and the United Kingdom

International orders ship via USPS International. Available services:

  • First Class Package International - 7-21 business days
  • Priority Mail International - 6-10 business days
  • Priority Mail Express International - 3-5 business days

Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are beyond our control. Refusal to pay customs fees resulting in a returned package does not qualify for a refund.

International delivery time

Total delivery time for international orders is typically 10-25 business days depending on the destination and service selected. Customs processing times can add additional delays outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can also track your order at our Track Order page or directly at usps.com.

Package shows delivered but I didn't receive it

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by USPS. If the package is confirmed lost in transit (not delivered), contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Shipping Address

Double-check your address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for all reshipping costs.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Yes - but only before your order ships. Contact us immediately at info@steeplechaseshop.com and we will update it if production has not yet started. Once shipped, address changes are not possible.
