Shipping & Production
All personalized items are made to order. Standard processing time is 1-3 business days. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days after production. Total delivery time is typically 4–8 business days depending on your location.

Personalization & Engraving
You can engrave names, initials, dates, short messages, or custom text. All engraving is done with professional laser equipment in the United States, producing a clean permanent silver finish.

Laser engraving is permanent. It does not fade, wash off, or wear over time. The design is etched directly into the surface of the material - it stays sharp and clear for the lifetime of the item.
We typically engrave based on your submitted text. If you need a preview before production, contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.
Orders & Changes
Contact us as soon as possible at info@steeplechaseshop.com. Changes can only be made within a short window before production begins. Once the item is engraved or shipped, modifications are no longer possible.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@steeplechaseshop.com and include photos of the issue. Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
