Production / Shipping

Shipping can vary greatly depending on the shipping destination. The lead time usually takes 3-5 business days. Orders are shipped within 5 business days (Monday-Friday).

If you need a rush order, please add the "Next day production or Same day production options" to your cart and it will automatically rush your order to engraving in 1-2 business days. Otherwise we will use the processing time shown in the listing. It does not upgrade your shipping method.

Please note that postal services are experiencing massive delays in shipping + delivery times and we cannot guarantee a delivery date.We are doing everything we can to get your order out to you as quickly as possible!

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Change My Address

Please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are able to change the shipping address of an order before it has shipped - please note that once packages have shipped, no changes can be made.After ordering, you have 1-2 hours to make changes to your order until it is engraved or sent to production.

We are not responsible for items that are undeliverable or shipped to the wrong address provided by the buyer.

If undeliverable items are returned to us, we will re-ship them to the correct address. The buyer is responsible for all additional shipping charges.

My Order Arrived Damaged/Incorrect

We're so sorry to hear your order didn't arrive in perfect condition!In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 1-3 days of delivery and provide me with photos of the damage. Once verified, I will send you a new shipment. Submissions after 1-3 business days are required to repurchase the item. Please contact me as soon as possible if your product arrives damaged.

Absolutely! We offer a bulk discount for orders 10+ of the same project ordered at the same time. When you are ready to place your bulk order, contact me first to receive your bulk order discount!

Shipping & Production
All personalized items are made to order. Production takes 3 to 5 business days with engraving. For Standard and Next Day orders, an order placed before 6:00 PM Central counts that day as production day 1. Shipping time is added after production and depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Saturday shipping runs from November 6 to December 19, 2026.
Yes. Select Same Day Production or Next Day Production directly on the product page or in your cart.

Same Day: order before 12:00 PM Central and your item ships that day. After 12:00 PM, it is engraved that day and ships the next shipping day.
Next Day: your item is completed within one business day. Order before 6:00 PM Central and that day counts as production day 1; it ships the next business day.

Rush production speeds up engraving only - it does not change shipping speed.
Personalization & Engraving
You can engrave names, initials, dates, short messages, or custom text. All engraving is done with professional laser equipment in the United States, producing a clean permanent finish, in a color set by the material: black on the cutter set and tube; darker than the surface on the PU cases, the axe and the carabiner plate; gold on the black Zippo; beige on the brass Zippo and the watch rolls; silver on the black-coated flasks, lighters and knives.

Please double-check your spelling before submitting - once engraving begins, changes cannot be made.
Laser engraving is permanent. It will not peel or wash off. The design is etched directly into the surface of the material.
We typically engrave based on your submitted text. If you need a preview before production, contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.
Orders & Changes
Contact us as soon as possible at info@steeplechaseshop.com. You can change or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it; after that it is in production. Rush orders go into production at once and cannot be changed or canceled. Once the item is engraved or shipped, modifications are no longer possible.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@steeplechaseshop.com and include photos of the issue. Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
