Production / Shipping
Shipping can vary greatly depending on the shipping destination. The lead time usually takes 3-5 business days. Orders are shipped within 5 business days (Monday-Friday).
If you need a rush order, please add the "Next day production or Same day production options" to your cart and it will automatically rush your order to engraving in 1-2 business days. Otherwise we will use the processing time shown in the listing. It does not upgrade your shipping method.
Please note that postal services are experiencing massive delays in shipping + delivery times and we cannot guarantee a delivery date.We are doing everything we can to get your order out to you as quickly as possible!
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Change My Address
Please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are able to change the shipping address of an order before it has shipped - please note that once packages have shipped, no changes can be made.After ordering, you have 1-2 hours to make changes to your order until it is engraved or sent to production.
To change your shipping address, please contact us.
We are not responsible for items that are undeliverable or shipped to the wrong address provided by the buyer.
If undeliverable items are returned to us, we will re-ship them to the correct address. The buyer is responsible for all additional shipping charges.
What do I do if I need to change the Personalization?
If you contact us within 1 hour of purchase we can update/correct your personalization.
Please check your spelling before submitting the order !!!Please note that once your order has been engraved and shipped out we cannot make any changes!!!
My Order Arrived Damaged/Incorrect
We're so sorry to hear your order didn't arrive in perfect condition!In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 1-3 days of delivery and provide me with photos of the damage. Once verified, I will send you a new shipment. Submissions after 1-3 business days are required to repurchase the item. Please contact me as soon as possible if your product arrives damaged.
Bulk Orders
Absolutely! We offer a bulk discount for orders 10+ of the same project ordered at the same time. When you are ready to place your bulk order, contact me first to receive your bulk order discount!
