Shipping can vary greatly depending on the shipping destination. The lead time usually takes 3-5 business days. Orders are shipped within 5 business days (Monday-Friday).
If you need a rush order, please add the "Next day production or Same day production options" to your cart and it will automatically rush your order to engraving in 1-2 business days. Otherwise we will use the processing time shown in the listing. It does not upgrade your shipping method.
Please note that postal services are experiencing massive delays in shipping + delivery times and we cannot guarantee a delivery date.We are doing everything we can to get your order out to you as quickly as possible!
Customs and import taxes

My Order Arrived Damaged/Incorrect
We're so sorry to hear your order didn't arrive in perfect condition!In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 1-3 days of delivery and provide me with photos of the damage. Once verified, I will send you a new shipment. Submissions after 1-3 business days are required to repurchase the item. Please contact me as soon as possible if your product arrives damaged.

I ordered a personalized cigar box along with an engraved lighter for my boyfriend for Christmas. I'm a procrastinator and ordered very close to Christmas and purchased the Rush My Order add-on as well. It was shipped within 2 days of placing the order and arrived within 5. The quality is amazing. We had a small mishap and the lighter was missing the backside engraving. The seller was more than happy to accommodate and offered either a partial refund or a replacement (citing it might not arrive by Christmas). I opted for the replacement and it did actually arrive prior to Christmas! 10/10 customer service and quality and would definitely order again! :)
