Shipping can vary greatly depending on the shipping destination. The lead time usually takes 3-5 business days. Orders are shipped within 5 business days (Monday-Friday).
If you need a rush order, please add the "Next day production or Same day production options" to your cart and it will automatically rush your order to engraving in 1-2 business days. Otherwise we will use the processing time shown in the listing. It does not upgrade your shipping method.

Highly satisfied customer here. I ordered two zippo lighters with custom engravings for my brothers as groomsmen gifts. In person the engravings look exactly like the images on the website. Very easy to read, good quality, with a nice texture to the engraved words. I don’t remember if I opted for express shipping, but I received my items in less than 3 days and was extremely happy with that. When I opened the lighters, one of them had a small error in the wording of the engraving. Not a big deal at all, but I reached out to customer support to ask if I could exchange it for a corrected item. Maria was so kind and helpful, and she told me that a new lighter was being sent right away, completely free of charge. I also received the replacement in record time. I would highly recommend any and all products and services from this company, and I know I will personally be a returning customer for life.
